I did a bit of Googling, and what you said checks out to be true. It looks like Microsoft is blocking all programs that use conjection leaked certificates. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no luck. I tried enabling the admin account, installing it from there and it still did not work.
I change the directory, and run the program from there. I thought I would write a small post on my blog on doing this in case other people run into the same issue :.
