Ultimate Guide to Amazon Drive Sync on Windows or Mac
I just upgraded from Windows 8. In Windows 8. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get this back. I have searched for answers via search engine and in the Microsoft Community and I don’t see it.
When you say “unable to access”, are you referring to being unable to open or locate Amazon cloud drive? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. When opening the app, it opens in File Explorer vs the App interface. We cannot upload files nor manage them from the app. I am also searching the Amazon help, but nothing seems to address the problem. It seems to have automatically mounted without the ability to change settings.
